REGISTRATION
for the June 2026 retreat

Dear Meditator Friend, 

You may register to Beth Upton's Anuttara June 2026 retreat here. The registration deadline is January 31st. You may register later as well, however in that case your application will be the last on the waiting list. Selection will be based on lottery, notification of the drawing result is planned for 16th of February.  

Change compared to previous years: you may attend the retreat for 25 or 30 days in 2026, there will be no option for 10 or 20 days.

As usual, participants registering for longer period will be preferred, with priority given to those applying for 30 days, followed by those applying for 15 days. If you choose the 15-day option, then please select all periods that suits your calendar. We can accommodate up to 48 participants simultaneously, and a waiting list will be maintained.  

The schedule for the sessions is as follows:

June 1st - June 16th
June 16th - July 1st

The retreat starts at 17.00 on the first day and lasts until 11.00 on the last day. Please schedule your arrival and departure accordingly.

The location is the same as in 2024 and 2025, we will retreat to the picturesque Farkaskútvölgy (Hungarian only website with a nice gallery).

We encourage and accept applications from all over the world. Please note that participation from abroad will be limited at ~50% in order to support participation from the Hungarian sangha. 

Similar to previous years, the retreat operates on a donation basis. Donations cover the retreat expenses and organizational overhead.

Registration fee (based on previous years' experience we share more details in order to allow maximize the number of participants)

• Similar to last year, participation in the retreat is subject to a registration fee. The expected registration fee will be 80,000 HUF for 15 days and 160,000 HUF for 30 days (the exact amount will be shared after the lottery). If you do not intend to donate your registration fee, then you will have option to get it back upon arrival to the retreat center.

• The registration fee will be payable within 15 days after notification of your place at the retreat. If you can't pay the registration fee by the deadline then please contact ask at info@csendutja.hu, If you do not pay the registration fee by the deadline and do not notify us in advance, then you will loose you place (we will notify the next applicant from the waiting list).

• If you cancel your attendance after 1st of May, then you will have no option to get back your registration fee.
